I had not seen him for 7 years, and recently had an urgent need. He remembered me, which is incredible given the time lapse between appointments. He then squeezed me in for an appointment the next day to help me with my issue. Furthermore… 1- His knowledge and technical skills are second to none. 2- His bedside manner is excellent. 3- His support staff is 10/10. While he was working with me, Kathy was cleaning my wife's teeth. I am a retired CPS teacher and our problem solving skills with students were for them always be critical thinkers. Our visit and challenges with our teeth were solved right on the spot. The dental team communicated and worked together at a very high level of performance. I felt very calm and relaxed with the dental team. The reason I felt so calm and relaxed was because the team modeled calm and relaxing behaviors. I called because my daughter was having tooth pain and they offered us an appt SAME DAY! They were very friendly and informative. My 10 year old daughter was not happy when she found out we were going to the dentist but before we left she was very cooperative, smiling, and holding conversations with the staff.
